Most of my other upgrades are maxed out, but even with maxed out staff speed and tray size the nurse just can’t get items to patients fast enough. I bought this upgrade in multiple locations before I realized it was the source of the problem, and now the game is completely unwinnable. Now, I can’t even get 1/3 of the way to the goal before the patients leave. Because the chairs are side-by-side and ahead of the front of the queue, more patients enter the queue earlier than they do without the upgrade, and remain there losing patience when before the upgrade they would not have entered the queue yet.īefore this upgrade, I won a little over half the time.
